Fresher Jobs(1+) : Java/J2EE developer with Zycus Inc : Mumbai Location

We always believed in that 4 letter word "HELP", right from the beginning.... And we promise you that we would do that as long as there is a need for us to help all those freshers who are in desperate need. We can understand their pain and eagerness in searching for a job as fresher, tell us that who else other than once a freshers would understand that better... We are finding much more ways to help you better day by day, the day we started CampusCub was just a few blogs and now it's almost 2-3 post on fresher job per week.. We have improved ourselves constantly, Earlier we had only the blog URL to socialize, but today it's much more user friendly through CampusCub on Facebook and CampusCub on Twitter accounts. Earlier we had full posts on our home page, today we have part of posts on our home page where users can decide if he likes to explore or not, thus by saving their valuable scroll time.. At times, I feel what took me so long to start this initiative. Had I been started this during my college days.... I would have benefited a lot more.

And in particular to this opportunity, very few might have heard about Zycus Inc. It's based out in Mumbai, with it's R&D division working there while it has several offices across US and Europe. They are looking for Java professional who have a minimum 1 year of experience in developing java/j2ee application and good knowledge on SDLC. This makes a ideal opportunity for those who are working in a very small company for a very less package and looking out for change.. This should be a very good opportunity, especially if you are working near by Mumbai....

Position Title : J2EE Software Engineer
Job Description :
- Understand use cases and product/project requirements. Design, Develop, review (code/design), unit test, module test, integration test, documentation for SDLC/PDLC.
- Maintaining, enhancing, bug fixing code. Following standard documentation process laid down for the project.
- Support to cross functional departments for different project/projects module/modules based on priorities to deliver quality software in timely manner. Work on new tasks or multiple tasks depending on business requirements.
- Follow the Zycus defined SDLC/PDLC process and participate in improving the process. Work with cross functional team to achieve project delivery goal.
- Keep immediate supervisor updated about progress, issues, status, schedule, exceptions (both positive and negative), risks, problems etc.
- Create competitive edge in Zycus solution by coming out with innovation implementation ideas. Suggest, evaluate, do feasibility study of development and deployment technology.
- Ensuring all the work meets or exceeds predefined quality standards through exhaustive testing, peer reviews, SQA process standards.

Reporting to : Team Leader / Project Leader / Project Manager
Experience : 1+ years of experience in Java / J2EE.
Skills Required : The individual should have experience with PDLC/SDLC and must possess low level design experience. Strong analytical, design, logical, co-ordination and management skills are required and familiarity with rational tool will be a plus.
Education : Any Bachelor Degree / BCA / BE / MCA / ME / MS / MBA / PGDBA
Location : Mumbai
